Ephesians 3




This series has been a blessing to me, I hope you've been blessed too?

Beloved friends, because of my love for Jesus Christ , I am now his prisoner for the sake of all of you who are not Jews, so that you will hear the gospel that God has entrusted to me to share with you. For this wonderful mystery, which I briefly described, was given to me by divine revelation, so that whenever you read it you will be able to understand my revelation and insight into the secret mystery of the Messiah.
Ephesians 3:1‭-‬4

Paul had to give us an opening insight to what this chapter is all about. He was about to tell them of a great mystery but had to forewarn them in advance that the mystery wasn't him initiated, it's God revealed. 

There has never been a generation that has been given the detailed understanding of this glorious and divine mystery until now. He kept it a secret until this generation. God is revealing it only now to his sacred apostles and prophets by the Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 3:5 


What an opportunity, what a moment, that God himself hid divine mysteries till now, he found us worthy and revealed it to us. The mystery of Christ. The revealing and unveiling is orchestrated by the Holy Spirit himself. 

Here’s the secret: The gospel of grace has made you, non-Jewish believers, into coheirs of his promise through your union with him. And you have now become members of his body—one with The Anointed One!
Ephesians 3:6


The grace of God has made us coheirs to his promise and has united us to to Christ The Anointed one. 

My passion is to enlighten every person to this divine mystery. It was hidden for ages past until now, and kept a secret in the heart of God, the Creator of all. The purpose of this was to unveil before every throne and rank of angelic orders in the heavenly realm God’s full and diverse wisdom revealed through the church.
Ephesians 3:9‭-‬10 

Paul just had to tell us his passion and to what purpose he's living. He had to enlighten us on the mystery that had been hidden for ages past and was kept secret in the heart of God. All thrones and angelic orders had to come to acknowledgment the full and diverse wisdom revealed through the church. 

This perfectly wise plan was destined from eternal ages and fulfilled completely in our Lord Jesus Christ, so that now we have boldness through him, and free access as kings before the Father because of our complete confidence in Christ’s faithfulness. My dear friends, I pray that you will remain strong and not be discouraged or ashamed by all that I suffer on your behalf, for it is for your glory.
Ephesians 3:11‭-‬13 

All this is proceeding along lines planned all along by God and then executed in Christ Jesus. When we trust in him, we’re free to say whatever needs to be said, bold to go wherever we need to go.Be strong and don't be discouraged. Through Christ, we have boldness and free access as kings to come before the Father. 

Through faith in Christ, the veil has been torn, we no longer approach God with fear, we approach with boldness as kings, his Spirit is poured out upon us and then we cry Abba father! 

PAUL PRAYS FOR LOVE TO OVERFLOW 

And I pray that he would unveil within you the unlimited riches of his glory and favor until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with his divine might and explosive power.
Ephesians 3:16 

The unlimited riches of God's glory and favour makes supernatural strength flood our innermost being.  It provides explosive power and divine strength.

That we are strengthened by God's Spirit, causing us to work with glorious inner vigour. 

His glory energizes us and floods us with indescribable might and explosive power. 

Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of His love will become the very source and root of your life.
Ephesians 3:17 

That our feet are planted firmly in love. That we constantly use our faith and the life of Christ be deeply released in us, causing the love of God to be the source and root of our lives.That whatever we do, the source is love, that we do nothing without the love of God. That our life become the splitting image of Christ.  That Christ life become ours forever as we reciprocate his love. 

Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences—the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding—this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!
Ephesians 3:18‭-‬19.

I pray that we understand the extravagant dimensions of Christ's love. Reach out to God's love and experience its breadth! Test its length! Plumb the depths! Rise to the heights! Live full lives, full in the fullness of God. 

Glory to God 💃💃💃, the love of God is deeply intimate and far-reaching. It's endless, it's reckless, it's indescribable, it's breathtaking, it's amazing and it's awesome!! It's beyond measurement, it can't be quantified, it supersedes and transcends your understanding and hallelujah, it's ready to fill you till overflowing. 

Thank you Jesus for your love so eternal and unexplainable.

Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for His miraculous power constantly energizes you.
Ephesians 3:20 

Never for once be found guilty of disbelieving the might and explosive power of God in you. Hey friend, he will achieve more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination. To the end that His miraculous power constantly energizes you. 

You!!!  Never forget that God can do anything, far more than you can imagine or guess,  (He will shock you😁😁) and He doesn't achieve all you want and surpass it by pushing you around. He achieves it by His power constantly at work in you. 

Now we offer up to God all the glorious praise that rises from every church in every generation through Jesus Christ—and all that will yet be manifest through time and eternity. Amen!
Ephesians 3:21 

We give God praise!! Glory to God in the church, we offer continual praise to Him. Glory to God in Jesus!! Glory to God through all eternity. 

Amen!!!

FEAR

I got to a friend's place sometimes ago, and I met the family playing Ludo game, I was invited to play and I consented to it, so my sister and I (We were together) joined the game. If you are famous with the Ludo game, you know your game only begins after you must have gotten a 6 ( A tutorial for another day). Well, every other person in that game had began his/her game except me, I was scared and worried. A little intro of me, I have fear of playing games (Ludophobia) especially with outsiders. After about 3 rounds, the game still had not begun for me, I did the only thing I could think of, I quit. IMPREGNABILITY

I remember the first time I saw the word "impregnability" and I thought to myself, "ah it must mean being pregnant" until I looked it up in the dictionary and realized it actually meant " too strong to be penetrated" or "Strong walls". Too many a times, we are quick to make hasty conclusions about people or situations without looking deeper and intensely. We are quick to jump into conclusions as some may call it. While I am not here go cast any stone as I have taken vacation from judging (That's a joke), I am here to ask you how many times you made hasty conclusions about yourself without finding out what you are capable of?
