This series has been a blessing to me, I hope you've been blessed too? Beloved friends, because of my love for Jesus Christ , I am now his prisoner for the sake of all of you who are not Jews, so that you will hear the gospel that God has entrusted to me to share with you. For this wonderful mystery, which I briefly described, was given to me by divine revelation, so that whenever you read it you will be able to understand my revelation and insight into the secret mystery of the Messiah. Ephesians 3:1‭-‬4 Paul had to give us an opening insight to what this chapter is all about. He was about to tell them of a great mystery but had to forewarn them in advance that the mystery wasn't him initiated, it's God revealed.  There has never been a generation that has been given the detailed understanding of this glorious and divine mystery until now. Ephesians 2:1  Okay, at this point you really have to pause and re-read that. While you were in your sins, dead, he saw beyond that, he saw what you could become; one filled with his fullness, and so he filled you.  It wasn’t that long ago that you lived in the religion, customs, and values of this world, obeying the dark ruler of the earthly realm who fills the atmosphere with his authority, and works diligently in the hearts of those who are disobedient to the truth of God. Welcome!!!  For the course of this journey, I'll be quoting from "The Passion translation", except stated otherwise. Grab a chair, a cup of coffee, your notepad and your Bible. Let's journey together.  I’m writing this letter to all the devoted believers who have been made holy by being one with Jesus, the Anointed One. May God himself, the heavenly Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, release grace over you and impart total well-being into your lives. Ephesians 1:2   I said earlier in my previous post , that this letter or epistle was written to "New creation believers" and here in verse 2, we see Paul addressing them. Ephesians Walk

It's with immerse joy in my heart that I announce that for the next couple of days or more, we'd be having a walk together through the book of Ephesians.  The reason for this walk will become clearer as we progress as we trust the Holy Spirit to walk with us  Moreover, what better time could we spend studying the book of Ephesians than now? THE DEVIL PREYS TOO

Early one Saturday morning , after our usual morning devotion, my dad loves to watch the early morning news, because according to him, it's undiluted (Let's cut the old man some slack, but I honestly don't understand diluted and undiluted news). we immediately switched on the television to watch the news, but along the line as we searched for the news station, the person with the remote mistakenly or deliberately, tuned in to the famous NATGEO WILD (For those that don't know, this t.v station airs animal documentary).  As soon as he tuned it to this station, I got glued to my position as my eyes was fixed on the t. v screen. I was intrigued at what I saw, let me cut to the chase, and tell you what I saw. I was watching the Lion (The acclaimed King of the jungle), hunt and kill preys. SWORD OF WORDS

Mr O,  as fondly called by friends and neighbor was a hardworking and zealous man. At age 40 he retired from active service and started overseeing his company. He was a Christian and a good one at that. He was loved by many due to his warming and welcoming character. I remember a time he opened his home to strangers who had come from a very far place and had nowhere to lay their head. I was astonished at his behavior because none of us in the community knew this people from anywhere. Well,  this was just how he was. After his 50th birthday, Mr O took ill, it began with a mild fever that he waved aside as a little sickness, it escalated to stroke and before we knew it, Mr O was completely paralyzed. Wow, what a drastic and sad change. Mr O was taken from one hospital to another,  but without any positive change.
